Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

1. Where do we deliver to?

We deliver across the globe, via a flat rate shipping fee of 20$.

2. And surcharges?

Should you live on a farm, in a high crime area, or in a remote vicinity, you can expect a small surcharge to be added onto your shipping cost. Our team will contact you directly if this is the case

3. Customs duty?

Artisanal goods are deemed tariff free in many countries. We ensure to label our boxes accordingly. You may, however, be liable for customs fees (clearance, taxes, import duties etc.) as customs policies vary from state to state and country to country.

4. Does a P.O. box suffice as a delivery address?

No, our courier can only deliver to a Street Address. Kindly be vigilant about inputting the correct Postal Code.

4. When do we ship?

We ship during normal working hours Monday to Friday: not on weekends or public holidays. Should you require an after hours shipment, make contact with us. We will do our best to assist you.

6. How long does delivery take?

10 - 14 days from time of shipment to reach your unique customs depo. We are not in the business of fast goods delivered at speed. We offer hand made goods produced in some of Africa’s most remote areas.

7. How do you track your order?

As soon as we've processed your order and shipped your goods, we'll send you a tracking number for you to use on our courier's website. All tracking enquiries can be done straight through them in real-time so you know exactly when to expect your goods.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns and Exchanges from South Africa? So far South?

Yes, it's tricky. We'd prefer that you didn't return your items for 3 reasons: 1) we'd save on fuel 2) we aim to keep our artisans heartened to create 3) limited edition ranges make exchanges tricky.

2. But, if you really need to schedule a Return, what do we need from you?

  • Make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your product
  • Product must show no signs of damage / usage
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

Kindly note that Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable; including return shipment.

3. And the next steps?

We will process your return within 7 days of receiving your goods. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.

Alternatively, you can opt to have store credit allocated to your account.

4. How do product exchanges work?

Adhere to the same 3 points that govern Returns. We will process your Return and allocate you with store credit. You can then purchase a new product, subject to stock availability.

5. Returns on Wholesale orders?

We are sincerely sorry to say that we cannot offer this.
